Kirsten Schilder

Kirsten Schilder is a payroll specialist at Houthoff, responsible for managing payroll administration, including expat and foreign payrolls, since December 2019. Prior to this role, Kirsten served as an HR Service Advisor & Payroll at LeasePlan from January 2005 to December 2019, supporting one of the leading Car-as-a-Service companies. From December 1996 to January 2005, Kirsten worked as a senior payroll administrator at EY, handling payroll changes for national and international clients and implementing Unit4 Payroll. Academic qualifications include a Doctorandus degree in Bewegingswetenschappen from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with studies completed at Hogeschool Markus Verbeek in 1997-1998.
