Marco Moeskops

Marco Moeskops is an attorney at law and associate specializing in Intellectual Property, IT, and Privacy at Houthoff since August 2022. Previously served as Associate Legal Counsel at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., providing legal advice on privacy, data protection, and various contracts from November 2019 to June 2022. Marco held the position of Junior Legal Counsel at AdValor Privacy Solutions from October 2018 to October 2019, where responsibilities included advising on privacy law and standardizing processes. Involved with the study association Suum Cuique as a Board-member for Acquisition & Symposium, and worked as a student-assistant in Financial Law at Leiden University. Marco has completed multiple degree programs, including a Master in Civil Law from Leiden University and a Master in International Technology Law from VU Amsterdam.
