Nadir Koudsi

Nadir Koudsi is a legal professional with extensive experience in complex international and national commercial, financial, and insolvency litigation, including class actions and directors' and officers' liability. Currently a lecturer on civil liability at the Law Firm School since January 2023, Nadir has been a senior associate at Houthoff since March 2016 and previously held various legal positions, including associate at Wolters Kluwer and legal assistant at DAAN Advocatuur & Notariaat. Nadir founded Beter Bewust Nederland, a non-profit dedicated to educating young people about democracy and the rule of law, and has served as an English tutor and debate coach in Indonesia. Nadir holds a master's degree in Dutch Law with a focus on Corporate Law and a corporate litigation degree from Grotius Academie.
