Sebastiaan Wuyts is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate in Corporate M&A at Houthoff since February 2023. Previously, Sebastiaan worked as a Docent at AthenaStudies, focusing on corporate and legal person law, and gained further experience at NautaDutilh in various roles, including a Werkstudent in Capital Markets and internships in Corporate M&A and IT/Privacy. Early education was completed at Hervormd Lyceum Zuid, where Sebastiaan obtained the VWO diploma in Economics and Society.
