Sebastiaan Wuyts

Sebastiaan Wuyts is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Associate in Corporate M&A at Houthoff since February 2023. Previously, Sebastiaan worked as a Docent at AthenaStudies, focusing on corporate and legal person law, and gained further experience at NautaDutilh in various roles, including a Werkstudent in Capital Markets and internships in Corporate M&A and IT/Privacy. Prior to these roles, Sebastiaan was a Legal Consultant at FIRM24 and completed an internship at Penrose.law. Sebastiaan's legal career began with a position at Jurist en Werk as a bestuurslid. Academically, Sebastiaan holds a Master's degree in Ondernemingsrecht from Leiden University, a Master's in Rechtsgeleerdheid, specializing in Internet, Intellectual Property, and ICT from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution, and a Minor in Academic English. Early education was completed at Hervormd Lyceum Zuid, where Sebastiaan obtained the VWO diploma in Economics and Society.
