Paolo Laviano

Paolo Laviano has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Paolo started their career as an intern at INTA in 2011, where they worked on field and laboratory work on soybean crops. Paolo then joined CompuTotal S.H. in 2013 as a commercial, responsible for sales of computer supplies and providing customer service. In 2014, they joined Groupe Roullier as a Technical Commercial Advisor, where they provided technical and commercial advice to growers and distributors and monitored crops.

In 2016, Paolo joined Desab SA as a Customer Service Technician, where they provided technical and commercial advice to companies and producers. Paolo managed accounts, maintained customer loyalty, and opened new accounts. In 2018, they joined Cargill as a Direct Sales Representative, where they were responsible for grain origination and product supply. Paolo managed a portfolio of 60 clients, including large firms, in a competitive and complex market.

From 2021 to 2023, Paolo worked at Nostoc Biotech as a Commercial Technical Manager. In this role, they provided technical advice to customers and distributors, developed and implemented technology, and generated demand for the company's products.

Most recently, Paolo joined Houweling Group in 2023 as a Sales Account Manager.
