Lisa Caparo-Carlomagno

Lisa joined Houwzer in 2020 and will lead the sales for Mattison Estate Homes in Ambler, PA. Lisa worked with several of their competitors in the past, building New Construction Communities throughout the Montgomery County and Philadelphia Region. As a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 25 years, she is committed to making each buyer experience enjoyable and productive.

Her areas of expertise are networking, prospecting, and distributing materials to generate sales and interest in her community. Lisa steps her buyers through the process and makes it as seamless and effortless as possible. She works through documentation, contract signing and payment completion in a language that each buyer has come to appreciate. She listens to each buyer and works tirelessly to find the right fit.

Lisa grew up in the Central Montgomery County region. She comes from a Real Estate family where making other’s dreams of buying a home a reality is the main focus. Real Estate runs in her DNA.
