Carlos M. Mendes

Carlos M. Mendes serves as the Consulting Partner and Northeast Market Leader at RGP, focusing on project consulting services in the Northeast Region and LATAM. With extensive experience in financial services, Mendes also holds the position of US Financial Services Advisory Partner and Digital Transformation Leader at RGP, driving the expansion of advisory services and digital capabilities. Additionally, Mendes is the President of ALPFA New York, supporting the Latinx leadership community, and serves as a Board Advisor for multiple organizations, including FinTech Connector, Houzlink Technologies, Arkadia Lending, and Vments LLC. Mendes is also an Advisory Board Member at Seton Hall University and Rutgers University, contributing to customer experience initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from The Open University Business School and a degree in Informática e Gestão de Empresas from EPCI.
