Becca Cauzza

Becca Cauzza possesses extensive experience in management and sales enablement within various industries. Currently serving as Global Senior Manager for Subscription Products and Sales Enablement at Houzz since January 2015, Becca focuses on enhancing staff performance and driving business results in the home remodeling and design sector. Prior to Houzz, Becca held the position of Assistant Banking Center Manager at Bank of America, overseeing a team of 15 associates and specializing in staff training and performance assessments. Earlier experience includes a Research Internship at the United Nations, contributing to peace studies for the Security Council, and a role as Talent Manager at Victoria's Secret, where Becca managed a flagship location and analyzed business trends.
