Katrin Egli

Katrin Egli has extensive work experience in human resources, primarily in leadership roles. From 2023 onwards, they have been working at Hoval Schweiz as the Head of HR and a member of the management team. Prior to that, they worked at SWAROVSKI for several years, holding various positions such as Director of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, HR Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Before joining SWAROVSKI, they worked at Hamilton Bonaduz AG as an HR Recruiting & Project Manager from 2005 to 2008.

Katrin Egli attended the University of St.Gallen from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. Katrin then pursued further studies at The University of Applied Sciences HTW Chur from 2003 to 2005, earning a degree in Betriebsökonomin FH with a specialization in Economics and Human Resources.
