Kirk Hovde

Kirk Hovde, CPA, has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Kirk currently serves as a Board Member for the Heart of a Lion - John Daly-Major Ed Foundation, working alongside PGA Major Champion John Daly and Combat Wounded Veteran Major Ed Pulido. Prior to this, Kirk was the Managing Principal & Head of Investment Banking at Hovde Group. Kirk also worked as an Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche, where they gained extensive experience in external audit, specifically within the Manufacturing & Investment Management practice. Additionally, Kirk has interned at Credit Suisse as a Private Banking Summer Intern and at Wayne Hummer Asset Management as a Wealth Management Intern.

Kirk Hovde, CPA began their education by attending the Wisconsin School of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a BBA in Finance & Accounting. In 2009, they briefly studied at City, University of London, focusing on Finance. Kirk then returned to the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2005 to 2009, where they completed their second BBA degree in Finance & Accounting.

In addition to their educational background, Kirk Hovde, CPA has pursued several certifications including becoming a Certified Public Accountant. Kirk has also obtained certifications in the financial industry, including the Series 24, Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79, through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
