The Facilities and Maintenance Team at Hovde Properties is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and upkeep of all properties owned and managed by the company. This includes routine maintenance, repairs, and enhancements to ensure the highest standards of property condition and tenant satisfaction. Under the guidance of the Director of Facilities & Engineering, the team addresses both immediate and long-term maintenance needs across various locations.
