Garrett Moran

Garrett Moran, PE, is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Hover Energy, LLC and as the Founder of KGM Consultants. Previously, Garrett held the position of Director of WTG Enablement at Radia, Inc., where expertise in wind turbine technology was demonstrated through leadership in technical engagements and business development in the wind energy sector. Prior roles include Wind Generation Senior Manager at ICF, Team Lead at Envision Energy, and Senior Engineer at 2H Offshore, with a strong focus on loads and controls, technical advisory, and structural analysis across various engineering teams. Educationally, Garrett holds a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
