Esther Sanchez-Cabezudo has over 15 years of professional experience in a variety of roles. Esther began their career in 2004 as a Chief Flight Attendant for Air Nostrum. Esther then worked as a Flight Attendant for Air Madrid in 2006 and Air Plus Comet in 2007. In 2007, they also held a role as a Receptionist for ANTIGUO CONVENTO DE BOADILLA Y ANTIGUO CONVENTO CATERING. From 2009 to 2013, Esther held a role as a Business Development & Customer Service (Moss Express) for Essentra, as well as an Administrative Professional for Optenet. From 2013 to 2019, they worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO for Grupo TJC Design. In 2019, they held a role as a Bilingual Executive Assistant for an Entrepreneur. Since 2020, they have worked as an Office Manager for Eppendorf Group and an Office and Administration Manager for Hovering Solutions Ltd.

Esther Sanchez-Cabezudo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2003. In 2007, they completed a Master in Public Relations Management, Protocol, Communication and Marketing from ESERP Business & Law School. In 2010 and 2011, they attended Saint Charles College - Escuela Europea de Ayudantes de Dirección. In 2016, they obtained an ESL (Houston) from Lone Star College-Montgomery. Also in 2016, they completed a Business English course from Berlitz (Houston, USA). Finally, from 2017 to 2019, they attended Crossing Borders Houston for an English Course (accent reduce and pronuntation).
