Yuliya Panchy has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. From December 2010 to April 2016, they worked as the Head of Marketing and Brand Development at APS. The Solver, where they successfully created the brand and company's identity. From June 2016 to February 2022, they served as the Head of Sales and Business Development at Simply Green SL, leading the launch of the company's services in Spain and achieving a significant increase in revenue. In June 2021, they became the Head of Operations at GrowFood.Pro, overseeing all aspects of the startup's operations and successfully launching the company within a short timeframe and budget. Starting in May 2022, they joined Regacho Ingeniería as the Senior Business Development Manager, where they implemented a new customer acquisition strategy, trained and led the sales team, and negotiated strategic partnerships. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Partnerships and Sales at Hovering Solutions, where they utilize advanced technology to simplify underground and critical infrastructure inspections using autonomous flying robots. Their responsibilities include generating detailed 3D models and reports, making informed maintenance decisions, and ensuring efficient and accurate results for clients.

Yuliya Panchy completed their Master's degree in Management and Economics with a specialization in HR from Belarusian State University. Yuliya attended this university from 2003 to 2008. Currently, they are pursuing an Executive MBA in International at Industriales Escuela de Negocios - Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, starting from 2022.
