Massimo Mastroddi

Massimo Mastroddi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Massimo is currently a Co-Founder of Symphonie Prime, a position they have held since 2021. In 2022, they became the CEO of Hoverture. Prior to these roles, Massimo worked at Accenture Italia as a Managing Director from 2016 to 2021. Massimo also served as the Founder and VP Business Development at bit2win from 2012 to 2016. Before that, Massimo worked at New Energy as a Partner from 2005 to 2016. Massimo began their career at Siva S.p.A. in 1994 as a Project Manager and held the same role at Sivatech from 1999 to 2001. Massimo's earliest work experience was as a Software Developer at Maia S.p.A. from 1991 to 1994.

Massimo Mastroddi's education history includes an Executive Program - School of Leader 5 from Elis - Corporate School in 2014, an Executive Master IT Governance from LUISS Business School in 2011-2012, and a Liceo Scientifico degree from Tullio Levi Civita - Roma in 1982-1987.
