Catarina AM Delgado dos Reis serves as the Human Resources Manager for Global People Experience at Hovione since January 2024, overseeing People Experience initiatives across Europe, North America, and Asia, which include the design and execution of key projects such as the Employee Listening Strategy and Onboarding Program. Prior to Hovione, Catarina was the Learning Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company, where the focus was on enhancing the onboarding experience for the Operations department. Previous roles include Associate Program Manager at OLX Group, Advanced HR Business Partner at both Capgemini Engineering and Altran, and HR International Recruitment Specialist at SELLBYTEL Group. Catarina's career began at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation, progressing through various HR-related positions, demonstrating a solid foundation in recruitment and employee development. Educationally, Catarina holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from ISCTE Business School and a MOOC Degree in Digital Transformation from Instituto Superior Técnico.
