Cláudia Moura started their work experience in 2012 as a Trainee at Hovione, where they later became a Technical Trainee. In 2013, they took on the role of Visiting PhD Student at the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the University of Bath. Simultaneously, they also worked as a PhD student at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Universidade Nova de Lisboa (UNL) in collaboration with Hovione. Cláudia then joined Hovione as a Scientist in the Inhalation and Biopharmaceutics department in 2016. After that, they worked as a Scientist in the Particle Design and Formulation department until 2019 when they became a Senior Scientist in the same department. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Scientist at Hovione.
Cláudia Moura obtained their Master's degree in Biological Engineering from Universidade do Minho, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Cláudia then pursued a Doutorado in Green Chemistry at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, completing their studies from 2013 to 2016.
