Eunice Costa currently serves as Director of Inhalation and Advanced Drug Delivery and Director of Drug Product Development at Hovione, having progressed through various roles since October 2011, including Group Leader for Inhalation and BioPharmaceuticals and Senior Scientist. Prior to Hovione, Eunice Costa worked as an Associate Researcher at Instituto Superior Técnico, focusing on Membranes Processes for drinking water treatment, and held trainee positions at Genentech in Early Stage Pharmaceutical Development and TNO in Human Physiology and Nutrition. Educationally, Eunice Costa obtained a PhD in MIT-Portugal Bioengineering Systems from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed advanced studies in MIT-Portugal Bioengineering. Undergraduate studies were completed at Instituto Superior Técnico between 2000 and 2005.
