Ilda Ventura

Ilda Ventura has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ilda most recently served as the VP Human Resources (CHRO) at Hovione since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HERE Technologies as the Global Human Resources Director from August 2017 to July 2020. From 2011 to 2017, Ilda held various roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, including EMEA HR Business Partner, Growth Markets Organization - People Development Programs Director, and Head of Total Rewards Spain and Portugal. Before joining Hewlett Packard Enterprise, they were with HP, where they served as HR Director Iberia, Enterprise Services HR Manager for Iberia, and Country HR Manager between 2005 and 2011. Earlier in their career, Ilda worked as the Human Resources Manager at ONI and as a Consultant at SHL Group. Ilda also gained experience as the Manager of HR Operations at Tabaqueira, a subsidiary of Philip Morris International. Overall, Ilda has a strong background in HR management and has worked in leadership roles in multinational organizations.

Ilda Ventura attended ISLA Instituto Superior de Linguas e Administração - LISBOA from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a degree in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology, specializing in Human Resources Management. At the same time, they also pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade Europeia, completing it in 1995.
