Gary Sharkey

Gary Sharkey is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in the food industry. Since January 2019, Gary has served as the Procurement Director at Hovis Ltd. In addition to this role, Gary has been the President of European Flour Millers since May 2013 and held the position of President at EU Primary Food Processors from May 2014 to May 2015. Previously, from March 2005 to April 2014, Gary was the Head of Wheat Procurement at Premier Foods, showcasing a strong background in procurement and leadership within the sector.
