Mark McDermott

Mark McDermott is an experienced operations and engineering professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Site Operations Manager at Hovis Ltd since December 2012, responsibilities include overseeing engineering, supply chain, and production. Mark's previous roles at Hovis include Site Engineering Manager and Continuous Improvement Lead, with a focus on budget management, health and safety compliance, and fostering a continuous improvement culture. Prior experience includes positions at Premier Foods and British Bakeries RHM Group, where Mark managed manufacturing operations and engineering teams, consistently achieving and surpassing operational targets.
