Simon Shipman

Simon Shipman currently serves as Maintenance Manager and Engineering Team Leader at Hovis Ltd since April 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Factory Engineering Manager at Riverside Bakery from May 2010 to February 2016, where Simon managed an engineering department of over 16 engineers while focusing on reducing downtime and increasing plant efficiency.
