Emmy Gengler - Entrepreneur

Emmy Gengler is an accomplished entrepreneur and software developer with extensive experience in leadership and IT consulting. Currently serving as CEO of Softjourn, Inc. since 2001, Emmy focuses on strategy, business development, and enhancing project delivery for clients. Emmy also contributes to the BrainBasket Foundation as an Advisory Board Member, aiming to elevate IT education and professional growth in Ukraine, and has been involved with How Women Lead as a Leadership Committee Board Member since 2019. Previously, Emmy held executive roles at Universal Business Systems, Visa, and various other organizations, showcasing a robust background in management, project leadership, and IT implementation. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
