Holly Uber

Holly Uber serves as an Executive Board Member for How Women Lead since November 2024, contributing to the organization's mission through strategic collaboration and community engagement. As Programming Director at Large for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association since March 2022, Holly received the 2024 HBA LEAD Award for exemplary volunteer service. Previously, Holly held the position of Director of Product at Genentech from April 2020 to August 2024, where pivotal achievements included the launch of a Software as a Medical Device and leading product development in digital health. Prior experience at zSpace, Inc. included roles such as Director of Education Product Management, where Holly spearheaded the development of award-winning AR/VR educational solutions. Holly began their career as a Science and Math Teacher at the International School of Stavanger and holds an M.A. in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Biology from Wright State University.
