Kristen Robinson is an accomplished executive and board member with extensive experience in human resources and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Planet, along with positions at Verint, How Women Lead, and the Institute for Corporate Productivity, Kristen has played pivotal roles in shaping organizational structures and driving initiatives focused on diversity and employee engagement. Previously, Kristen held senior leadership roles including Chief People Officer at Splunk and Chief Human Resources Officer at both Pandora and Verigy, where strategic HR transformations and talent development were prioritized. Kristen's educational background includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BS from Boston College.
