Brittani Perdue

Brittani Perdue serves as the Chief of Housing Opportunities Programs for Howard County Government since June 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Director of Housing at The Salvation Army from April 2015 to June 2023. In that role, Brittani oversaw personnel management for the Franklin County Housing team, including hiring and performance evaluations, and supervised various housing support services. Brittani's experience also includes serving as Franklin County Housing Program Manager and Team Lead Case Manager, where responsibilities included administrative supervision, case management, and developing partnerships with landlords. Brittani's career began with a role as Direct Housing Case Manager, followed by a position as Sales Associate at Macy's. Brittani holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from The Ohio State University, earned in 2015.
