Colette Gelwicks

Colette Gelwicks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public service and client relations. Since October 2017, Colette has served as Chief of Staff for the County Council District 3 at Howard County Government, after initially holding the position of District Aide. Prior to this role, Colette worked at Noble Financial as Client Relations Director and at ManpowerGroup as Client Account Manager and Staffing Specialist. Colette also has a strong academic background, with a Master of Arts in Art History and North American Studies from Universitaet des Saarlandes, where Colette was involved as a research assistant and teaching fellow. Additional experience includes positions at the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence and as a tutor at College Universitaire de Saint-Boniface.
