KENYA MASSEY, M.S.HRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for Howard County Government since May 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Human Resources Generalist II/Recruitment for Baltimore City’s Department of General Services and Independent Talent Acquisition Consultant & HR Advisor at Creative Human Capital Solutions. Additionally, KENYA has held various HR positions across organizations including State of Maryland, Global Dynamics LLC, Brinton Woods, and others. KENYA holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management & Development and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Services, both from Southern New Hampshire University.
