John Drayton, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and tax accounting. Currently serving as Solutions Manager at Howard County Library System since February 2022, John has demonstrated operational leadership by optimizing workflows and enhancing service delivery across branch operations. As the owner of Drayton Tax Pros since January 2015, John has successfully managed all aspects of a growing virtual tax preparation firm, focusing on client relationships and strategic consulting. Previous roles include Transportation Supervisor at The Coastal Companies, where John led team logistics and ensured regulatory compliance, and Field Operations Manager at Revolution Events, where John oversaw large teams to achieve operational excellence.
