Eric Ferst

Eric Ferst is a highly experienced executive search professional with a career spanning over two decades. Since November 2004, Eric has held the positions of Partner and Sr. Principal at Howard Fischer Associates, a leading retained executive search firm in the United States, known for its extensive client services across multiple locations including Philadelphia, Silicon Valley, and Boston. Prior to this, Eric served as VP of Client Services at Expert Business Development from 2002 to 2004, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and leading client business development initiatives. Eric graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with a BA in Finance, Investment & Banking between 1997 and 2001.
