Albert J. Picchi is currently the President of Eastern New York at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. Albert has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to their current position, Albert served as the Vice President - General Manager & Licensed Real Estate Broker at RealtyUSA from December 2001 to June 2016. Before their time at RealtyUSA, Albert was the Senior Vice President & Senior Lending Officer at Cohoes Bancorp (Cohoes Savings Bank) from January 1994 to April 2001 where they managed all lending functions, loan servicing, collections and disposition of bank owned real estate along with the banks insurance and investment subsidiaries. Throughout their career, Albert has demonstrated their ability to successfully lead and manage teams through various market conditions. Their experience and expertise have made him a valuable asset to Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

Albert J. Picchi earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they completed the National School of Banking at Fairfield University. Albert earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from State University of NY at Fredonia in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.
