Ashley Blair Lightholder

Ashley Blair Lightholder is an experienced Realtor with a robust background in education and client relations. Currently serving at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since February 2020, Ashley previously held a similar position at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty. Prior to a career in real estate, Ashley worked as a Stylist at Stitch Fix, where skills in client relationship-building and sales growth were developed. With over eight years of experience as a Special Education Teacher at Pittsburgh Public Schools, Ashley established and implemented individualized curriculums, mentored new staff, and organized community fundraisers. Ashley holds degrees in Elementary and Special Education from Slippery Rock University, and has completed additional coursework in Elementary Education at La Roche University and Spanish Language Teacher Education at Grove City College.
