Gerard Kortyna has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Owner of Kortyna Investments LLC since July 2018 and as a Realtor with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since August 2013. Previously, Gerard held multiple roles at Village Green from February 2014 to September 2023, advancing from Sales Consultant to Senior Sales Consultant, and ultimately to Senior Sales Manager. Educational qualifications include a Certificate of Completion in Real Estate from Columbus State Community College and a Master Sales Society Certification in Seller Representation from The Floyd Wickman Program.
