Jackie Cassara

Jackie Cassara is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in management and training within the industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager of the Cleveland Heights Office at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services since January 2009, Jackie oversees the activities of 50 top-performing sales associates. In a prior role as Vice President of Education, responsibility included the development and implementation of a comprehensive training program for over 9,000 associates across eight states. Previous positions include Director of Professional Development in northern Ohio and Manager of the Chagrin Falls Office at Real Living Realty One. Jackie began a career in real estate as Training Director at Realty One after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre/Speech Communications from Ramapo College of New Jersey.
