Rebecca Mott

Rebecca Mott is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate law and transactions. As the Managing Member and Attorney at Plank Law Firm, LPA since January 2017, Rebecca specializes in commercial real estate and related legal services. Additionally, since November 2019, Rebecca has been a licensed real estate agent at Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, focusing on the marketing and sales of luxury condominiums. Rebecca’s previous roles include serving as an attorney at Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP, where the focus was on commercial real estate and leasing, and as Assistant General Counsel for the West Virginia Department of Administration, providing legal support across multiple divisions. Rebecca holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Capital University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Otterbein University.
