Simone Alley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development, real estate, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Martha Jefferson Hospital Foundation since April 2022, Simone previously held the position of Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving at Piedmont Virginia Community College from February 2016 to April 2022. As the Founder of The Alley Team at Howard Hanna since September 2007, Simone partners with Dave Alley to enhance client experiences in real estate. Prior roles include Market Development Manager at CenturyLink Business, Realtor at Roy Wheeler Realty Co., and Regional Manager at nTelos Wireless, where Simone demonstrated a strong track record in sales and team leadership. Simone holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Radford University and participated in Leadership Charlottesville.
