Otd Leah Smith Otr/L

Leah Smith, OTD, OTR/L is an experienced occupational therapist currently serving in various roles, including a school-based position at Eagle County School District, and PRN occupational therapy at Howard Head Sports Medicine and Vail Mind Center. Leah also contributes as a co-investigator in the Perinatal Mental Health Research Collaboration at Boston University, focusing on systematic literature reviews and qualitative analysis, with findings presented at multiple conferences. Additionally, Leah designed a training film for maternity workers during a doctoral capstone project in South Africa, and gained practical experience through various fieldwork placements and community involvement prior to obtaining a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree from Boston University.
