Penny Chase

Penny Chase, HRIP, CSM has extensive experience in HRIS and People Operations. Penny currently serves as the Senior Manager in HR Technology and Operations at Howard Hughes Medical Institute. Penny has previously held positions such as Director Community Groups and HCM Consultant within the same company. Prior to their current role, Penny held various leadership positions at Life Technologies/Invitrogen and Life Technologies, Inc. Penny's expertise lies in HR project management, metrics, and administrative oversight. Penny is also actively involved as a PEHRS Board Member and IHRIM Mid Atlantic Chapter Board Member. Penny is a graduate of the University of Maryland Global Campus and The University of Akron.
