Karen Baetz Schott

Karen Baetz Schott has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karen began their career at the Virginia Holocaust Museum in 2005, working in public relations. Karen then joined the Corporate Executive Board in 2006 as a Member Relations Associate. In 2010, they joined Howard Insurance as the Director of Private Client Services, where they remained until 2015. Returning to Howard Insurance in 2016, Karen held various roles, including Director of Commercial Risk - Real Estate Practice, before transitioning to their current position as the Senior Director of the Commercial Real Estate Practice in January 2022.
