Amanda McNeil has a extensive background in property litigation and dispute resolution. Amanda began their career at Simmons & Simmons as a Solicitor, specializing in property litigation and contentious insolvency. Amanda then moved on to Forsters, where they served as the Head of Property Litigation for seven years. Following that, they worked as Special Counsel for property litigation at Faegre & Benson LLP. In 2007, they became a Partner and the Head of the Property Dispute Resolution Group at Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, where they stayed until 2013. Currently, Amanda McNeil holds the position of Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution at Howard Kennedy LLP.
