Amanda McNeil

Amanda McNeil has a extensive background in property litigation and dispute resolution. Amanda began their career at Simmons & Simmons as a Solicitor, specializing in property litigation and contentious insolvency. Amanda then moved on to Forsters, where they served as the Head of Property Litigation for seven years. Following that, they worked as Special Counsel for property litigation at Faegre & Benson LLP. In 2007, they became a Partner and the Head of the Property Dispute Resolution Group at Finers Stephens Innocent LLP, where they stayed until 2013. Currently, Amanda McNeil holds the position of Head of Real Estate Dispute Resolution at Howard Kennedy LLP. Throughout their career, their expertise has encompassed a wide range of commercial and residential property disputes, acting on behalf of landlords, tenants, developers, and investors.

Amanda McNeil began their education by attending Eastbourne College from 1982 to 1984. Amanda then pursued a degree in Law at Leeds University from 1985 to 1988. Following that, they studied at the College of Law, Guildford from 1988 to 1989, where they focused on Law Society Final Examinations.
