Sarah Elazoua

Sarah Elazoua has a significant background in human resources, with a focus on HR management, employee relations, and HR operations. Sarah started their career at KPMG UK as an HR Assistant in 2004. Sarah then worked at RSM Tenon as an HR Adviser from 2006 to 2010. At BDO UK LLP, they served as an Employee Relations Advisor from 2010 to 2013 and later as an HR Manager from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are working at Howard Kennedy LLP, where they have held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Head of HR Operations and Business Partnering, and currently serves as the Head of HR since May 2018.
