In 1981, they founded Howard L. Zimmerman Architects & Engineers, P.C. and continues to hold the position of Founder and President. Additionally, Zimmerman served as Vice President for Metropolitan Executive Alliance, a membership organization for business owners and senior decision-makers. Howard L. has also lectured at New York University as a guest lecturer for the Real Estate Institute, and at The New School as an Adjunct Professor for Real Estate: Adaptive Re-Use.
