HLZAE is a full-service architectural firm with over 40 years of experience serving residential, commercial, and industrial properties in all aspects of exterior and interior building design, building renovation, and forensic investigation. The firm also offers interior design services for apartments, lobbies, and common areas.

At HLZAE, we address the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation needs of existing buildings. Our primary responsibility is to assess, evaluate and analyze buildings, estimate costs, produce schedules, research materials, codes and methods, prepare specifications, and resolve complex construction challenges and defect litigation issues.
