Don Josephson

Don Josephson has extensive work experience in the construction industry, specializing in technology and process development. Don has worked at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company, since 2014, holding various roles such as Director of Technology and Process Development/Sr. BIM Manager, Sr. Process Manager/BIM Manager, BIM Manager/Preconstruction, and BIM Manager.

Prior to their time at Howard S. Wright, Don also worked at Balfour Beatty US as a Sr. Process Manager/BIM/VDC from 2014 to 2023. Before that, they worked at Hoffman Construction as a BIM Coordinator/Project Engineer from 2007 to 2014. In this role, they managed 3D content for large projects, built and coordinated Federated Navisworks Models, and approved final coordinated documents.

Don Josephson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho, where they studied from 2000 to 2007. In addition, they have earned two certifications from Procore Technologies: Procore Certified: BIM Manager (Procore BIM) in October 2022 and Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools) in September 2019.
