Frank Mandell

Frank Mandell has extensive work experience in the field of safety, health, and environmental management. Frank served as the Safety, Health & Environmental Director at Howard S. Wright, a Balfour Beatty company from July 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Safety Health & Environmental Manager for the same company from December 2014 to July 2018.

Before joining Howard S. Wright, Frank Mandell worked at Sellen Construction from April 2013 to November 2014, where they held the position of Safety Director during a period of significant company growth. Frank was responsible for selecting, training, and mentoring a team of 12 Site Safety staff members and played a crucial role in maintaining a consistent level of safety performance in field operations.

Prior to their role at Sellen Construction, Frank Mandell was a Safety Director at IAP Worldwide Services from July 2002 to March 2007. During their time there, they were able to significantly reduce the organization's incident rate and contribute to the success of the safety program and employee relations.

Prior to that, they enrolled in Olympic College from 2001 to 2003 and obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Programming. In 1991 and 1992, they studied Construction and Building Code Studies at Seattle City Community College.
