Wright, a Balfour Beatty company since January 2015, Joseph previously held the same title at Adolfson & Peterson Construction from January 2013 to December 2014. Joseph's background includes serving as Principal/President at True North Development Services, providing Owner's Representative and Construction Management Services for various clients, including Tacoma Lutheran Retirement Community and WSDOT. Earlier in the career, Joseph held multiple positions at Hoffman Construction of Oregon and Washington from 1991 to 2007. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Education with a minor in Sports Medicine from Eastern Oregon University and attended the University of Washington for further education.
