Andrew Rudolph is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in commercial construction. Since July 2015, Andrew has been with Howard Shockey & Sons, Inc., managing a variety of projects. Prior to this, from July 2007 to June 2015, Andrew served as an assistant project manager at Kinsley Construction, Inc., where involvement included hotel construction, casino renovations, and C5 hangar projects. Andrew holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, earned in 2006, and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 2005.
