Floyd Sartin

Floyd Sartin, MBA, serves as the Associate Director of Strategic HR Business Partnerships at Howard University since January 2023, previously holding roles such as Senior Strategic HR Business Partner. From February 2017 to December 2022, Floyd was the Managing Director of Human Resources at Service Year Alliance, where leadership was demonstrated in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Prior experience includes being a Human Resources Business Partner at Millennium Corporation, overseeing the full lifecycle recruiting process, and serving as Human Resources Manager at IDS International, where employee training and onboarding systems were effectively redesigned. Floyd holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University.
