Sonia Aranza is a respected Global Diversity & Inclusion Strategist and International Leadership Consultant with over 27 years of experience. As President and CEO of Aranza Cross Cultural Strategies since 1997, Sonia has demonstrated deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Notably serving as a Global Keynote Speaker and Master Facilitator for Diversity Worldwide Conferences since 1996, Sonia has captivated audiences internationally. As a faculty member in the Diversity Executive Program at Howard University since 2021, Sonia provides compelling executive instruction informed by real-life experiences with Fortune 500 companies. Previously, Sonia held the position of Director of Constituent Relations in the United States Congress, where key contributions were made in enhancing access for underserved communities.
