Calum Murray

Calum Murray has a diverse work experience, having worked in various positions since 2011. In 2011, they were a Lab Tutor at the University of Dundee, providing guidance to computing and engineering students in C++ and Hardware & Operating Systems. In 2013, they worked as a Software Engineer at STAR-Dundee, developing a Graphical Application for SpaceWire Networks. Calum also worked as a Software Engineer (Intern) at STAR-Dundee in 2013. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Airbus as a Deep Learning Engineer, On-board Spacecraft Software Engineer, and Robotics Control and Visual Algorithm Engineer. Most recently, they have been a Senior Software Engineer at Howbout since 2020, developing a full stack cross-platform modern mobile app, API, and website focusing on organizing shared events with friends.

Calum Murray attended Arbroath High School from 2004 to 2010. Calum then went on to the University of Dundee, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science in 2014. In 2018, they obtained the Security+ (SYC-501) certification from CompTIA. In 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org.
